Where do I start? Before I give a review, I feel it is important to share this disclaimer: I have been told that I am particular, detail oriented, impatient at times, and have extremely high expectations, my whole life. I sought a profession where this was a great fit, but it makes me, well, not the easiest client. That being said, Ronette exceeded my every expectation. She began working with us several years ago, and we knew exactly what we wanted. We live in a rural community, and it was important that we stay within our current school district, and less than 5 bedrooms and 3 baths would be a deal breaker. Every time a house came available, Ronette would take us to see it, provide a plethora of information about it, and walk us patiently through the offer process if we expressed interest. We had several homes we made multiple offers on, but could not come to terms with the seller, but that never discouraged Ronette. One seller even requested that our home have a contract on it before they would consider our offer, and Ronette convinced us to get it ready for an open house within 24 hours, and then presented a contract (which we accepted) in the couple days that followed! When that seller still did not accept our offer, Ronette kept our buyers informed and engaged, while we sought another home to make an offer on. This past February, she found our perfect home, we made an offer, reached agreement with the seller, and Ronette renewed the contract with our buyers, whom could have easily gotten discouraged and sought another home, without Ronette's efforts to keep them informed. She made recommendations for home inspectors and lenders, both of which matched the high level of service we had experienced from Ronette. Ronette was with us every step of the way, and it was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend!

About Ronette Edgar
With a background in banking, mortgage lending, and title company duties, I have been blessed to serve clients in real estate since 2012. My passion for this business started with a simple goal — helping people. I loved being part of the process when families were purchasing properties, and that same drive still pushes me today.I started as an individual agent, worked hard to build a strong team, and now I am proud to be a franchise broker/owner in Versailles, Missouri, on the north side of the Lake of the Ozarks. Our team has been the #1 selling team for the Lake Ozark Board of REALTORS® since 2020, and in 2025, our office became the #1 selling office in LOBR.
From farms to lakefront homes, land, residential, and everything in between, I love the variety this area brings. Problem-solving for my clients is one of the best parts of my job, and I work hard to take care of people every step of the way. As a broker and leader, I also take pride in helping my agents grow, stay educated, and become top producers.
Community matters to me. I serve on the MLS committee, served as the 2025 Lake Ozark Board of REALTORS® President, help with local school events, mock interviews and career days, serve as Treasurer for a local school organization, and am active in our local Rotary club.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my family, helping run our cattle farm with my husband, and enjoying the outdoors.
